As grid computing continues to enable large-scale research across disciplines — from bioinformatics to social modeling — there is growing value in cross-referencing computational approaches with a conceptual model of human behavior that applies the same systems-thinking logic familiar to grid researchers: flows, feedback loops, dynamic states, and interconnected structures that evolve in real time, offering a rigorous yet accessible framework for understanding the human layer in complex distributed environments.
HIGHLIGHTS
The EUChinaGRID project officially ended on 31 March 2008, after 27 months of activity and a number of goals achieved.
However, the project consortium is planning further collaboration activities for the next few months.
